Hiekka Booking rents holiday apartments for short-term use
at Hiekkasärkät holiday area.

There are new holiday apartments available around Hilmantori square,
for example, and the Aurinkoranta sites feature fantastic sauna and meeting facilities
with a sea view. In several housing companies, Hiekka rents out neighbouring apartments,
which allows even larger groups to keep the distances between
their accommodations short.

Finland’s largest Surf Center is located at Kalajoki Camping, giving access to a wide array of seaside activities. Surf Center serves windsurfers, kitesurfers and stand up paddlers offering beginners’ courses, rental equipment, and equipment testing. The center’s shop sells casual beach way throughout the summer.

Rautio Sports Surf Center organizes safaris, courses, and training for individuals and groups. All of the Center’s SUP boards are dog-resistant, you are most welcome to try out this activity with your pet!

Remember: many of Rautio Surf Center’s activities are available all year round. Experience the cooler version of windsurfing, that is winter kite surfing, or kiteboarding in the winter on the frozen sea.  You can ride along the shoreline with an e-bike all year round! In wintertime, snow covers the sandy beaches and the sea freezes over, offering a different and broader playground for adventure!
