The restaurant seats up to 100 guests. It offers a unique atmosphere and a breath-taking view over the sand dunes. Lokkilinna serves fresh and light food made from Finnish seasonal produce, both at the buffet lunch and in à la carte dishes. Fresh fish is always served when available. In addition to the sea view restaurant, Lokkilinna offers great views also from the big glazed terrace, which is open from the late spring until the autumn. The terrace invites guests to enjoy live music and try the casual terrace menu with pizzas, hamburgers and wings.

The glass igloo is a compact yet luxurious suite for two, designed to provide a memorable holiday experience. Its main feature is the unobstructed floor-to-ceiling view of the sea and the Hiekkasärkät sand dunes. Amenities include a double bed, kitchenette, fold-down dining table, food cellar, and toilet. Storage space for luggage can be found under the bed.

The spacious terrace features sun loungers and a ceramic grill. The glass igloo has adjustable heating to suit the weather. Inside, you’ll find Wi-Fi, a radio, phone charging options, speakers, a USB port, and mood lighting with adjustable settings.

The igloo is located right next to Hotel-Restaurant Lokkilinna in Kalajoki’s Hiekkasärkät area, giving guests full access to all hotel services.

At Lokkilinna, you can also rent an electric moped or bicycle, and the best local routes start directly from the hotel yard. Guests also enjoy free access to recreational equipment and a children’s play area with a pirate ship and sand toys – a perfect spot for the smallest adventurers.
